The STEP Star program is a way to recognize an employee who has demonstrated extraordinary service in one or more of the following areas: work performance, teamwork, leadership, customer service, or another category. Please be prepared to explain specifically why you are nominating someone, and how they have gone beyond the normal high quality work staff do day in and day out.
